Several issues which would affect boating at Lake Tahoe are currently making news and generating real controversy in the boating community here. One involves the bi-state Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's (TRPA's) proposed Shorezone Plan, which would include the most sweeping changes to shorezone regulations in many years.
